About Us

Our Mission

For over 9 years, we have provided quality training to students of all levels, fostering both personal and physical growth through disciplined practice. Instruction combines Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate.

Tang Soo Do: A traditional Korean martial art, often called "Korean Karate," blending elements of karatesubak, and Chinese martial arts, known for its focus on self-defense, physical fitness, and mental development, featuring linear movements, blocks, strikes, and dynamic kicking.

Tae Kwon Do: A dynamic Korean martial art emphasizing fast, high kicks and powerful hand strikes, meaning "the way of the foot and fist," focusing on physical discipline, character development (courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, indomitable spirit), and self-defense

Karatemartial art developed in Okinawa (called te (手), "hand"; tī in Okinawan) under the influence of Chinese martial arts. It was then brought to Japan under the name Karate or Karate Do (the way of the open hand) While modern karate is primarily a striking art that uses punches and kicks, traditional karate training also employs throwing and joint locking techniques.
